Well, he's a baby. All babies sleep a lot, so, I guess baby Pokemon are the same. It's good you're keeping them warm though. Hey, if you ever need help looking after them, you know you only have to ask me, right?
Well, I guess they would be the experts. I was meaning more along the lines of babysitting or something. I look after Nashi for Hanako a lot, after all. I don't see why I couldn't look after Fiery too if you had things you needed to do and couldn't be there for him.
[No need for Privating - this was an action thread AND in Hisao's private inbox. XD ]
I'll be sure to let Hanako know that I'm looking after him. You're right - and very considerate - it would scare her I think. But that doesn't mean I can't help you out.
[[OOC: It's fine!! Happens to the best of us =)b ))
If I told her ahead of time what I was doing, no, she wouldn't mind at all. And it only takes me a moment to contact her and let her know, after all. I think so long as she didn't just walk in here to see him on fire, we'd be OK.
Unfortunately, yeah. My medication messes with my sleeping patterns so it can be hard to get to sleep and hard to stay asleep. But that's OK! It's something I'm almost used to by now and there's really no avoiding it.
[She's still not super clear on all this medical stuff. Really, a lot of the effects of medicine in general went over her head; the most she understood was "if you see this symptom, this is a safe drug to give in this amount."]
Oh, it's called a Side Effect. I take a lot of medications and while they help me, some of them also do things besides what I take them for. A few of them make it hard to sleep. That's all. There's really no safe way for me to get around it so I deal with it alright, and make sure to sleep well when I can.
[He smiled reassuringly - he didn't want her worrying over it, after all.]
[...Aw Hibiki no. Don't do that, Hibiki. It will give you wrinkles.]
Unfortunately not. But hey! Like I said, it's a side effect of the medication that keeps me healthy otherwise so there's really not too much to complain about. If I can't sleep once in a while, that's still better than having heart problems. Just means I can read a few more books.
Yeah. I try to read for maybe a half hour and then I turn off the lights and try to sleep. If it doesn't work, I turn them on and read for another half hour. Usually that works after a while.
Not usually - I generally find it much easier to sleep when it's dark. I've dropped off to sleep with the lights on a few times but hardly ever, and I don't usually stay asleep for long if the light is on.

[Or-- Hm. Wait...]
...Would it really be okay, though?

Ikezawa-san... she doesn't like fire, right? And she visits you a lot...
When Fiery's awake, fire comes out of his back.

...You think she wouldn't mind?
