[...Aw Hibiki no. Don't do that, Hibiki. It will give you wrinkles.]
Unfortunately not. But hey! Like I said, it's a side effect of the medication that keeps me healthy otherwise so there's really not too much to complain about. If I can't sleep once in a while, that's still better than having heart problems. Just means I can read a few more books.
Yeah. I try to read for maybe a half hour and then I turn off the lights and try to sleep. If it doesn't work, I turn them on and read for another half hour. Usually that works after a while.
Not usually - I generally find it much easier to sleep when it's dark. I've dropped off to sleep with the lights on a few times but hardly ever, and I don't usually stay asleep for long if the light is on.
Do you manage to sleep right through that way? Or do you wake up a little later like 'Wait, what? Oh no the light' and turn it off before going back to sleep?

...And there's no other alternative?

[With all the activity she gets up to during the day, she's out by 10PM at the very, very latest.]

Oh, I see. You work very hard a lot of the time, it's not surprising your body tries to make you rest a little more when it finds itself sitting down.
